The Estackly POS lets your staff take orders, apply discounts, and generate bills quickly — whether at the counter, on a tablet, or table-side. This guide covers the full billing flow.
Creating a POS order
- Open POS and select the table, or choose "Takeaway" / "Delivery".
- Tap menu items to add them to the cart, and adjust quantities as needed.
- Apply discounts or coupons if applicable, then send the order to the kitchen.
Generating & printing bills
- Once the order is complete, tap "Bill" to generate the invoice.
- Select the payment mode — cash, card or UPI — and confirm the payment.
- Print the bill, or share it with the customer via WhatsApp or SMS.
Handling discounts and split bills
Estackly POS supports percentage and flat discounts, as well as coupon codes configured from Settings. For group dining, bills can be split across multiple guests or payment methods, making checkout faster during busy service.
Why accurate billing matters
Every bill generated through the POS automatically feeds into your sales reports and analytics, giving you an accurate, real-time view of revenue without manual reconciliation. Make sure all orders — including complimentary or staff meals — are recorded through the POS for accurate reporting.
