Generate table QR codes

Each table in your restaurant gets its own unique QR code, linking directly to your digital menu for that table.

  1. Go to QR Menu → Tables and add your tables (e.g. Table 1, Table 2).
  2. Download or print the QR code generated for each table.
  3. Place the printed QR codes on tables for guests to scan when they sit down.

Customize the digital menu

A well-presented digital menu encourages guests to explore and order more.

  • Upload high-quality photos for each menu item to boost orders.
  • Enable or disable categories and items instantly when something is out of stock.
  • Set your brand color and logo from Settings → Appearance so the menu matches your restaurant's identity.

How the guest experience works

When a guest scans the QR code at their table, they see your live menu, can add items to their cart, and place the order directly. The order appears instantly in your Order Management dashboard and on your Kitchen Display System, ready for your team to act on.
